How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email.
What happens if I lose internet connection during an exam?
Your answers are automatically saved as you progress. When you reconnect, you can resume from where you left off. However, the timer continues running.
Can I review my answers before submitting?
Yes! You can navigate between questions using the question navigator. Review and change your answers before clicking the "Submit Exam" button.
What is the tab switching limit?
For security reasons, switching away from the exam tab more than 3 times will automatically submit your exam. Stay focused on the exam window.
How do I import questions using CSV?
Teachers can import questions by clicking "Import CSV" button, selecting a properly formatted CSV file with columns: question, option_a, option_b, option_c, option_d, answer, difficulty, topic, marks.
